is a senior associate with the firm. She
joined Butler, Butler & Rowse-Oberle,
PLLC in April 2016 transitioning from
the firm of Schlottman and Wagner, PC.
Ms. Schlottman is a graduate of Michigan
State University and the Detroit College
of Law. Ms. Schlottman concentrates her
practice on condominium law, an area she
has focused on since she began her legal
career in 1983. She has extensive
experience in condominium assessment
collection, document revision, advising
on issues facing condominium and
homeowners’ associations, tenant
evictions, and all related association
matters. With Butler, Butler &
Rowse-Oberle, PLLC, Ms. Schlottman
represents approximately fifty
condominium and homeowners’
associations, all of which elected to
continue with her services following her
move to BBRO. She is a member in good
standing with the State Bar of Michigan
and Macomb County Bar Association. Ms.
Schlottman is a member of the Real
Property Section of the State Bar of
Michigan and assisted with amendments to
the Condominium Act. Through BBRO, Ms.
Schlottman is a member of the Community
Associations Institute and the United
Condominium Co-owner of Michigan. In
previous years, Ms. Schlottman served on
the New Baltimore Planning Commission.
